An automated call will be sent to the number on the account, in an attempt to reach the customer. This reminder call will include the past due amount, the date it needs to be paid in order to avoid a shut off notice, additional fees that could be incurred, the shut off date and fees, and how to obtain information regarding the non-payment policy. payment options, and the rights of renters in English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Korean, and Vietnamese.
