How to Use the Online Bill Payment Service

IN ACCORDANCE WITH SB998, WE HAVE AMENDED OUR POLICY TO BE COMPLIANT. ALL BILLS ARE DUE IMMEDIATELY. (When we mail the bill.)
Payment of new charges needs to be received by the date reflected as the “DUE DATE” in the payment window below, in order to avoid a Late Fee of 10% and a Notice of Possible Termination.
The first step to taking advantage of the online bill payment service is to register your account. To do this, click the View/Pay My Bill link. You will need your account number/s from your water bill. Simply click ‘New User Sign Up’ to begin the account registration process.
If you need help registering please feel free to contact Debi Pizzo at 661-943-3170 and she can walk you through the process. You do need to have an email account.
Once you have registered you will be able to view your account, make changes to certain information, sign up for recurring payments and pay your bill.

Q. Is e-Bill secure?
A. There are several methods used to ensure that your payment through our online system is secure.
Q. What payment method can I use?
A. You may use Visa, MasterCard and Discover only. We do not accept checks for payment through our website although you may pay by check in our office.
Q. What if I’ve received a disconnection notice or have been disconnected?
A. Please contact a customer service representative. We do not recommend making a payment online if you are in jeopardy of having your water service interrupted as an online payment may not prevent termination of service and any fees associated with such.
